It, along with the insights produced, provide leaders with an effective baseline measurement on their organization’s culture and a means to evaluate cultural progress.
Beyond fulfilling work, Debbie enjoys board and advisor opportunities, the awe and adventure of more travel, and most of all, hanging out with her husband, son, family and friends. And there is giving back and volunteering, the pleasure of biking, cooking and reading. The adventure continues 🙂
About Younitive. What's the significance of the name?
Truth is it’s a made-up word with every part carrying meaning. The most important part of the name, younitive, is that it begins with YOU. This is to recognize that your presence and actions hold power, more than you may fully realize. In ways big and small, a ripple follows you. Your impact reaches into the lives of many people – affecting results, value creation, and much more.
“Unitive” reflects unity, connections and a sense of things coming together. It’s also somewhat linked to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs – a sixth level – and it concerns intrinsic values like truth, goodness, justice and excellence. This may, or may not be something you can relate to. I am guessing it does and that’s why you are here.
Younitive is about all of these things coming together in and for YOU. You – growing into your highest, most authentic best. You – fulfilling your purpose and bold ambitions -and using your influence and impact to make a difference.
